Pleasant location, especially for me.

The rooms are fabulous and compact with a view. Got sensational breakfasts with toast and sandwiches, as example.

Pleasant staff, comfortable room, exellent food, good location, would certainly stay again.

Breakfast buffet with typical English delicacies. A great gym with a small offer of sports courses. Large swimming pool with sauna and steam bath.

Staff very helpful, room comfortable, location good

We loved to be here for a weekend and will be returning here soon. The stuff was efficient and excellant and room was relaxing. It was in a peaceful and pleasant location next to restaurants and bars. The restaurant was good for lunch or dinner.

The room was spacious and very clean and the hotel is in a good location for visiting the local area. Breakfast is good especially if it is included in the room rate.

The price of food and drinks at the hotel are expensive compared to the local area. Service, especially in the bar was a bit hit and miss.

Excellent service from staff and 10/10 for an oh-so-comfortable bed!

The room was nice and comfortable and good for a business trip. The breakfast iwas complete and all foodd was fresh.

Both jakuzzi's in the spa were broken and could not be used. And in the middle of the night someone throw the bill under the door through which I waked up.

Very pleasant, respectful staff and an ideal location. The hotel wasa very clean and the breakfast was superb. A highly recommended establishment.

Staff helpful and friendly. Convenient stopover on M6 from Aberdeen to London. Breakfast good.

Took time to locate the booking reservation. The swimming pool was small and crowded with kids swimming lessons on saturday am.

Great stay, needs a bit of tweaking

The only bummer was the kids menu. Too healthy for their taste. A burger or pizza would have been nice. The restaurant prices felt steep for families. Our room was comfy and clean, but it could use some soundproofing.

Asked staff 3 things about my stay was told would get back to me never did, bar staff kept disapering from bar to serve food had to waite for them to return, would not sell coffe late at night if bar busy but could get coffe after most guest gone to bed.

We wanted just a relaxing stay, and that is what we got. We heard nothing from the Christmas Party.

Whilst the stay was pleasant, the rooms and particularly the bathrooms are a bit dated, albeit clean and well maintained.
